Insurance Information

At Endodontic Associates Limited we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Please bring your insurance information with you. If you have insurance, we will estimate what your responsibility will be and collect that portion on the day of service. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and we will send you a statement.  Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  Likewise, in case of overpayment, it will be reflected on the statement and we will promptly process a refund.  Most insurance companies will respond within three to four weeks.

Patients should be aware of their own insurance coverage and network in order to best utilize their benefits. You can get this information by calling your insurance company.  Bringing your information to the first visit will help expedite reimbursement. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
